Lakenheath CTC Fire
 
I am very sad to report that in the early hours of Saturday the 3rd December the Lakenheath CTC Clubhouse was severely damaged and put out of commission by fire.
 
To see my club in such a terrible state was heart-breaking and especially upsetting for my staff who were all totally devastated.
 
Working with my brokers and the loss adjuster, every effort is being made to get Lakenheath open again next week. In the meantime, we will be closed so that forensic evaluation as to the cause of the blaze can be determined and completed by the Police and the Fire service.

If you are concerned, please contact us with regard any booking you may have in place. All bookings will be honoured and should your booking be affected by this enforced closure, and we cannot move you're booking to a date of your choice and liking, you can expect and request a full refund.
 
I would like to thank all of you that have sent texts and emails of best wishes and offers of support at this dreadful time. I can't tell you how encouraging this has been and how appreciative I am of this incredible support.
  
I know that as soon as the LCTC gates open, you will all rally round and as you always have, and support LCTC back to a full recovery.
 
They say that "from the ashes the phoenix will rise".
 
On that thought, I will see you all soon.
