Landlord refuses Lctc permission for a temporary Clubhouse.
 
I am sorry to have to inform you all that my plans to re-open Lakenheath CTC with a temporary clubhouse prior to Christmas and over the Christmas holiday have been scuppered. My Landlord has refused me permission to site a temporary clubhouse on the Lakenheath CTC site.
 
My legal representative will be dealing with this decision on the grounds that this temporary landlords permission is being unreasonably withheld.
 
This decision is especially disappointing given my landlord is still paid the full monthly rent even though this business is temporarily closed and only operating to save disappointment for lessons already booked.
 
Sadly, it's now looking like I cannot fully reopen Lakenheath CTC until the New Year. I do apologise to all of you that were looking forward to breaking some clay's over the festive period, but there is absolutely nothing I can do, short term.
 
I will keep you all informed as matters progress.
