At Lakenheath Clay Target Centre we offer a wide range of clay shooting lessons to suit all levels of shooting proficiency. We structure the lessons from the information you supply, being a specific target type that is causing difficulty for the accomplished shooter, to a progressive group of lessons for the novice, enabling you to progress in your own comfort zone. We pride ourselves in offering the best value clay shooting tuition in East Anglia.  Age has no restrictions for a Lakenheath shooting lesson, the exception being that the individual, old or young, must be able to hold and support the shotgun weight securely in the shoulder. The shotguns we use weigh in the region of 3.4kg or 7.5lb in old language. You are more than welcome to call in and try the weight of the shotgun prior to booking a lesson.  A large part of our tuition content is gun safety. Parents often worry that younger children will try to emulate the screen idols that they see in films and on TV when the shotgun is placed in there hands. To the contrary, our lessons teach the children responsibilty for the fact that they are using a firearm, and more often than not that same responsibility with the firearm translates into a much more responsible approach taken by the child in other aspects of his or her daily life. A lesson for prospective individual shooters or groups to try clay target shooting on simple, uncomplicated targets.
Includes, 25 clays, 25 X 12 gauge cartridges, full instruction and all equipment use, fully insured at £29 each.
For those of you who require a smaller cartridge for less recoil, add £1 per lesson.
Introductory lessons are inclusive of VAT at 17.5% Double Introductory Lesson
A lesson for prospective individual shooters or groups feeling slightly more adventurous or as a 2nd or 3rd lesson again on simple uncomplicated targets.
Includes, 50 clays, 50 X 12 gauge cartridges, full instruction and all equipment use, fully insured at £55 each.
For those of you who require a smaller cartridge for less recoil, add £2 per lesson.
Introductory lessons are inclusive of VAT at 17.5% Master Class
A full hour of intensive 1-to-1 expert instruction on any level or type of targets you might require. Ideal as a stepping stone from our introductory lessons enabling you to build your confidence and proceed at your pace to our more demanding targets. For the game shooter its a great way to warm up for the new season or just to keep your eye in on our 120' towers, offering driven targets at varying heights and speeds.
Includes 100 clays with or without our club gun.
