They say that variety is the spice of life. Well here at Lakenheath Shooting Ground our key words are variety and value. Our Sporting targets are changed as a minimum on a monthly basis, often sooner.

The Sporting clay targets at Lakenheath Shooting Ground offer a varied mix of target type and difficulty.
 
Lakenheaths shooting course is set in a picturesque mixed Scottish Pine and Broadleaf Wood which is one of the prettiest and tranquil shooting layouts you will find.
 
We use standard clays in both black and orange, along with auto rabbit's Midi's and Battue clays all shown on our 21 stand shooting course.

Lets not forget the two 120 foot towers, also complimented by two 60 foot towers. All four towers are movable and we do alternate the towers around our stands to compliment the terrain and what we hope you will consider interesting targets to shoot.

All the stands at Lakenheath Shooting Ground have BLN boxes fitted. These BLN boxes have arguable the best solo shooting facility in the world.
 
You can shoot singles targets from either the A or B trap. You can shoot report pairs with either the A or B trap first. And for those shooters who enjoy the challenge, you can shoot simultaneous pairs being both targets thrown at the same time.
 
Our Sportrap layout has the same BLN system but incorporates eight Pro-Matic auto traps allowing you the infinite permutation of target choice.

Finally, Lakenheath's till system automatically deducts a 2% hospitality clay reduction from your clay purchases in full rounds of 50.

Eye and ear protection is mandatory for ALL shooters individually, including ALL spectators individually, in ANY shooting area, shooting layout or shooting stand at Lakenheath Shooting Ground.
